Eureka Landscapes Project Details
The Bokarina Village Park West is the first stage of the large public open space that surrounds Lake Kawana, contracted to Eureka Landscapes. The park includes public facilities such as picnic shelters, BBQ's and zones dedicated to relaxing. Off form concrete walls are used throughout the space to enable a terracing feel to the space to allow for additional informal seating and creating grades to enable wheel chair accessibility to all areas of the park. Access to the lake edge has also been incorporated to allow for people who wish to kayak or canoe. There is also extensive lighting to the park to create an inviting night experience as well.
The work Eureka Landscapes under took as part of the contract included; earthworks and drainage to allow for terracing, instalment of pavements, walls, shelters furniture, water and electrical services, and all soft landscaping work
