Project Description

Everleigh is a new master planned development by Mirvac in the Greenbank area. Mirvac has industrialized the reputation of developing communities that are of a higher standard. These projects are targeted to people looking to invest in their second or third home. Everleigh is surrounded by green open spaces and connected by a vibrant community.  With Greenbank Shopping Centre directly opposite, a future retail precinct and primary school planned as part of Everleigh. Combined with the award-winning Everleigh Park, and 148 hectares of bushland and walking trails.

Eureka Landscapes Project Details

Eureka Landscapes is to be working with Mirvac, to bring their vision to fruition. This includes 148 hectares of conservation bushland and walking trails, more than 38 hectares of parkland including sports and recreation parks for the community. 

Currently still working on projects, Eureka Landscapes has completed and presented the following components to the Everleigh community:

Completed or Current Works

November 2018	Entry Statement	The client wanted a striking but sophisticated entrance that exhibits the feeling of open space and relaxed lifestyle. The wavy steel column entry statement is constructed in a way to allow for lighting at night that provides a warm welcoming glow. Surrounded by large ex-ground hoop pine trees softens the structure and provides a green backdrop that highlights the colour of the steel. The accuracy of the levels and the set out of the footing for the entry structure was critical in ensuring the end result represented the desired result for the designers.

December 2018	Recreation Park	It has a modern playground with a large open space to enable the children to kick or throw a ball so it has been designed to enable all ages to enjoy the facilities. The park also has shelters and BBQ’s to allow for family celebrations and for catching up with friends.
