Yarrabilba was built to generate a community that nurtures traditional family values and inspires big ideas for the future.
Yarrabilba is master planned community which will be home to over 45,000 residents upon completion. Yarrabilba is conveniently positioned between Brisbane’s CBD and the Gold Coast, surrounded by Plunkett Conservation Reserve and Mt Tamborine.
Eureka Landscapes has been committed from the beginning of the project to making Lendlease’s vision come alive. Delivering durable and quality landscape outcomes, which entice community engagement and creation of a village culture.
Landscapes has completed and presented the following components to the Yarrabilba community but still works with Lendlease on more stages.
Yarrabilba Entry Statement
The entry statement is a large-scale, unique doorway into the development that required the cooperation of a large team to deliver in the short timeframe. This statement was part of the initial precinct 1 contract that included Darlington Parklands, three neighbourhood parks, six staged streetscapes and a sales village.
Darlington Parklands
Darlington Parklands is a super park for all ages. The park comprises: various play areas targeted at different age groups and specialist interests; a public water play area; an open-air markets area; large, open break-out lawns; picnic facilities; light show feature poles; arbour promenade; and natural walks along environmental waterway corridors.
Buxton Park
Buxton Park is a large playground with many fun opportunities for children of all ages. It features a very long and super bumpy caterpillar made out of synthetic turf, 8.7-meter obstacle tower, slides, three in-ground trampolines and two sand areas.
