Birtinya Peninsula is adjacent to the Birtinya Island development at Oceanside and will remain as one of the primary residential communities within this greater development.
At Birtinya Peninsula we completed the neighbourhood park, seven stages of streetscaping with linking parks and waterfront explorative parkland, as well as extended the network of access paths that now include access for personal water activities within the local waterways.
